Meet Jyssicah Kramer, Dental Hygienist

Advanced Diploma in Oral Health (Dental Hygiene)

Jyssicah has worked in the dental industry for a combined 13 years, firstly as a dental assistant before studying to become a dental hygienist. She prides herself on ensuring patient leave their hygiene appointments happy and educated.

She has a passion for improving patients oral health literacy to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to maintain excellent oral health habits at home.

An Education in Dentistry

Jyssicah completed her Advanced Diploma in Oral Health (Dental Hygiene). Since then, she has continued worked as a dental hygienist in both the private and public setting, including the opportunity to work with the Royal Flying Doctor Service in South Australia and Northern Territory to provide dental treatment to remote communities. Jyssicah is currently studying a Bachelor in Public Health online at the University of South Australia.

2019 – Advanced Diploma in Oral Health (Hygiene), South Australia
2016 – Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (Radiography) at Menzies Institute of Technology in Melbourne
2011 – Certificate III in Dental Assisting at RMIT University in Melbourne

Outside of the Practice

When she’s not busy studying, Jyssicah enjoys keeping active with daily walks or runs and thoroughly enjoys reformer Pilates. She also likes to read, spend time with family or just make the most of the sunshine to relax.
